Program Objective
In the master’s program, students must improve computing practices in the productive sector and train teachers in the field at the technical, undergraduate, and master’s levels. In the doctoral program, students must be prepared to conduct original, cutting-edge, internationally competitive research, as well as high-quality technological development in computer science and engineering.
Admission Requirements
- Have completed all credits of an undergraduate degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, with a minimum overall GPA of 8.0 or equivalent.
- Pass the admission examination.
- Know how to program in a high-level language.
- Commit to full-time dedication, 40 hours per week, to the academic activities carried out each semester.
- Pass an examination in comprehension and writing of technical texts in a language other than Spanish.
