MISSION

The Facultad de Estudios Superiores Cuautitlán is a decentralized academic entity of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, organized under a matrix and departmental structure, which educates undergraduate and graduate professionals with a high academic standard, strict scientific rigor, ethical values, and promotes leadership and innovation while also being a socially responsible institution.

VISION

To be a leading Faculty in the education of highly competitive professionals and recognized for excellence in scientific production, with a multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and transdisciplinary approach across all areas of knowledge. Likewise, to serve as a reference institution in the metropolitan area of the Valley of Mexico and internationally due to the quality of its accredited academic programs, emphasizing social responsibility and gender equality, while contributing to the improvement of its environment and to the scientific, technological, socioeconomic, and sustainable development of society.

UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

The Facultad de Estudios Superiores Cuautitlán offers 18 undergraduate degree programs in the School System and one in the Open University and Distance Education System, covering the four areas of knowledge established by the National Autonomous University of Mexico.

GRADUATE STUDIES

To prepare men and women through the nine graduate programs in which FES Cuautitlán participates for research, teaching, and high-level professional practice, fostering complex and critical thinking skills for the creation and recreation of knowledge. Likewise, to promote and encourage the research carried out at FES Cuautitlán in order to generate original knowledge that contributes to solving problems of national interest.

The Department of Cultural Dissemination (DDC) brings art and culture closer to the university community and society through appreciation, creation and aesthetic enjoyment, with a wide range of quality offerings consolidated from the multidisciplinary approach based on the generation and strengthening of cooperation bonds with other entities of FES Cuautitlán, UNAM and other related institutions.
